1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

• From registered managers: name, email, IP address, browser user agent
• From survey participants: name, email, survey responses, IP address, browser user agent
• Anonymous usage analytics via Simple Analytics (no personal data stored)
• Server logs for security and service operation

We do not intentionally collect sensitive (special-category) data and may block survey questions requiring such data.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Account creation and management – performance of a contract
• Sending surveys and displaying results – performance of a contract
• Maintaining security and preventing abuse – legitimate interests
• Responding to legal requests – legal obligation
• Sending marketing communications (if applicable) – consent

4. Data storage and retention

Data is stored in the EU on servers provided by Hetzner. Backups are retained for up to 7 days before being permanently deleted. Personal data is kept only as long as needed to operate the service. When you delete your account, data is removed from active systems and from backups within 7 days.

5. Sharing with third parties

We use trusted processors to run the service:

• Hetzner Online GmbH (EU) – hosting and storage
• Simple Analytics B.V. (EU) – anonymous analytics
• Resend, Inc. – email delivery

Where these providers process data outside the EEA, we use EU Standard Contractual Clauses or rely on an adequacy decision.

6. International transfers

If personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure adequate protection under GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

7. Security

• Encrypted connections (SSL/TLS)
• Strict access controls
• Regular updates and monitoring

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to minimise risks.

8. Your rights

You may request:

• Access to your data
• Correction of inaccurate data

9. Cookies

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Simple Analytics operates without cookies and without storing personal data.

TeamPulser is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website with a new effective date.
